2) ACCEPTANCE OF CONDITIONS OF USE
The present document (henceforth referred to as the Legal Notice) is intended to regulate
use of the website that Codorníu has placed at the disposal of the public at http://www.codorniu.com.
Use of the website by third parties gives them the status of Users and implies complete acceptance by them
of each and every one of the conditions included in this Legal Notice.
Through the website Codorníu may offer services or products that are subject to special conditions, which
will be advised to the Users in each specific case.
3) CORRECT USE OF THE WEBSITE
Users agree to use the website, its contents and services in accordance with law, the present Legal Notice, customary good practice and public order. 5) REGULATIONS ON LIABILITY
5.1. Liability for Use of the Website
Users are individually liable for offences committed or damage caused by using the website, whereas Codorníu, its partners, group companies, collaborators, employees and representatives are exempt from all liability that may arise from the Users´ actions.
Although Codorníu makes every effort to publish reliable information on the website, it does not guarantee the absence of potential inaccuracies, errors and/or omissions.
Users are the only persons liable for any claim or legal, judicial or extrajudicial action initiated against Codorníu in connection with use of the website by Users. Where appropriate, Users will be responsible for such expenses, costs and damages as may be occasioned by Codorníu as a result of such claims or legal actions.
5.2. Liability for operation of the website

All disputes or claims arising from the interpretation or execution of this Legal Notice shall be governed by Spanish law, and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona.
